The Howard County Revolving Loan Fund (HCRLF) provides financial assistance to small businesses looking to start or expand in our county.

Loan Details

Eligibility: Must be a for-profit business in Howard County
Loan Amount: Up to $20,000 per project, with a max of $40,000 per business
Uses of Funds:
✅ Real estate purchases
✅ Equipment & inventory
✅ Working capital (with personal guarantee)
Interest Rate: Variable (2-4% above deposit account earnings)
